RGS Design Studio, Inc.  Is a full service design firm which operates on basic principles of efficiency, high quality work and integrity. We have been in business for almost a decade and our experience in the field of architecture dates back 25 years. The two core models of our work are value and customization, intended to giving clients the best design product for their investment. We make a priority to observe due diligence in the analysis phase of our projects, often yielding to more than one possible concept, this process allow us to provide better satisfaction to the client and to mitigate unecessary complications in the final stages.

We offer concept & planning, documentation, and management for all projects. Also may assist clients with a wide variety of design needs; whether it is creating a new structure, adding to an existing one, remodeling, renovating, decorating or landscaping we have the resources to get the work done. We make client satisfaction our primary goal, meet the project's requirements stipulated by any agency and adhere to green building standards from the LEED rating system.

 President:  Renato Santizo, is an undergraduate at school of Architecture in Guatemala City, earned an associate degree in Science Architecture in USA, studied Interior Design, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design; LEED Rating System for sustainable buildings. He is member participant of the local Chapter of the USGBC, and currently studying to obtain green professional acreditation.

RGS associates:  We maintain close relationship with a selected number of licensed professionals in disciplines such as Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Arborists, and Landscape Architects who add valuable expertise and support to our projects. We combine their work with ours for unified documents. The result; a satisfied client who benefits from relying in one source to accomplish their objective. We also cultivate relationships with builders, contractors, craftsmen and artist to ensure broad selection of choice to execute our work.
